Frequently asked questions
SteadyOps uses Clerk for authentication, so you don't have a traditional password. To sign in, use your Google account, Microsoft account, or email magic link. If you're having trouble accessing your account, contact support@steadyops.io.
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click on "Billing." You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. You can cancel from Settings > Billing at any time. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
Your business gets a phone number with an AI-powered receptionist. When customers call, the AI greets them, answers questions about your services, books appointments on your calendar, and logs everything in your CRM. You get a summary after every call.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Each tenant's data is completely isolated. We never sell your data, and your business data is never used to train AI models. See our Security page for full details.
Yes. You can import contacts via CSV upload from your dashboard. We support imports from any CRM or field service platform. Contact support if you need help with a custom migration.
During setup, you can choose a local or toll-free number. If you want to use your existing business number, you can set up call forwarding from your current provider to your SteadyOps number. Number porting is also available.
Additional minutes beyond your plan's included allocation are billed at $0.50 per minute. You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your included minutes. You can set a spending cap in your billing settings.
Yes. The SteadyOps dashboard is fully responsive and works on any device. You can manage contacts, view call summaries, send invoices, and check your schedule from your phone's browser.
Go to Settings > Integrations and click "Connect Google Calendar." Once connected, your AI receptionist will check your real-time availability before booking appointments, and all bookings will sync automatically.
